Anyhow, HP and I braved the fierce winds, pelting rain and blazing sunshine (i.e. typical Melbourne weather) to tackle Arthur’s Seat yesterday. I must say I really didn’t want to head out in the morning as the rain just kept on rolling through in phases but HP dragged my a$$ out and so we got rolling by about 10am (already a bit late in the day but we wanted to try and miss the ‘early showers’ predicted by the BoM) to see how far we’d get.

Hey all,

Hi from Japan. Jase and I are still on our 3 week trip though Japan and are on the island Shikoku at the moment. Highlights so far have been Kyoto and Hiroshima where we met a very nice lady who helped us translate a menu and we ended up having dinner with her. The squid sashimi was still squirming when we were eating it. And lets not forget the onsens…ahhhhhh the onsens. People have been very friendly and the food beyond my expectations – which were high. Hope everyone is well.
