Another stage win for Norm. That makes 2 in a row. This time a convincing win over 2nd-placed, HY. A big month for Norm, also taking out the lead for YJOY. HY is back to his commuting form. Good to see some road mileage from HP this month, even on the cold, rainy days. Another slack effort from me though. Looks like I’m still struggling to regain my work ethic, after 2 slack weeks off the bike in April.

We managed to get three of us out on a ride on Saturday morning. Nothing special, just Alan, Keith and me on the usual Beach Road cruise to Mordialloc. The weather was quite cold but clear, so all the cafe racers were out on the road.

Yes, so this was almost a month ago but better late than never… (maybe I’ll even write up L2P still from last year )

Anyway, wind back the clocks to Friday 3/4, when Melbourne still had a bit more sunlight and it was still a little colder here in London. Read the rest of this entry »
